Barry P.
I have been pleased with the service, although, frankly, I have not looked too carefully at the financial benefit. One thing bothers me a lot, though, which is that, when paying by credit card, the default is to save my card. I do not like my card saved and have asked them repeatedly to make saving the card an opt-in, rather than a default, like most companies. They say they're "looking into it," but they seem to be either incapably or unwilling to make this change.
Response from NexampJun 27, 2024
Hi Barry, thank you for your feedback. To make a payment in our system, a card is added and used to process the payment. We appreciate your candid remarks and will share your request with our team. In the meantime, you have the option to edit or remove your payment method on file after submitting a payment, which should meet your requirements. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, our team is available Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST. You can reach us at 855-727-4636 or via email at [email protected]. Thank you for choosing Nexamp!
