Hi Catie, thank you for your review! We're excited that you've joined our program, and our team is working to start your savings soon. As a quick overview, your share of our solar project is generating clean energy, which is sent directly to the grid. Your utility will reduce your monthly bill based on the amount of solar energy your share produces. These reductions are what we call solar energy credits. You'll continue to receive a bill from your utility, but it will be reduced by the value of these credits. Nexamp will then invoice you separately at your discounted rate. While we will be sure to keep you informed about your account, our team remains ready to support you as needed!
