Never buy from the first Google search result
I stupidly purchased a pair of tickets from this outfit without checking on them first. $414 plus "cancellation insurance." As soon as I realized it was a shady ticket resale operation, I cancelled and bought my tickets directly from the theater instead. Unfortunately, I didn't read the (very very very) fine print. The cancellation policy is a 24-hour window where you can exchange the tickets for a different show. Not helpful if you live out of town. Avoid these flouters of America's new Click to Cancel law.

When you purchase Ticket Protection with your order, you can cancel your order up to 24 hours before the show for a full voucher of your order - which is shown at checkout before purchase. Missing tickets and no customer service assistance
While the company purchased the tickets, yhe company never provided the tickets. They were purchased, but never emailed nor made available on the website. After 1.5h and two calls to the theatre and telecharge, we were able to access our tickets. Will never use this company again.

I took a weekend trip to NYC
I took a weekend trip to NYC to celebrate my birthday. I was able to take in my first ever Broadway Show and chose Stereophonic. I definitely made a great choice! The storyline was very good and all the actors/actresses gave excellent performances. Felt all the emotions that were portrayed; happiness, sadness, anger, etc. All mixed with a perfect dose of humour. I highly recommend Stereophonic!!!

Superb customer service
Patty, the customer service professional who resolved my ticketing difficulties, was incredibly helpful. She was patient, calm, attentive and very resourceful. All of our communication was conducted through email, and yet once she identified and understood the problem, she resolved it quickly and completely. I am very grateful for her impressive work. Thank you, Patty, and sincere thanks to the New York Theatre Guide as well.

We walked out at intermission
We walked out at intermission. The play was slow, unable to hear the dialogue clearly and many jokes were missed or not funny . The story was difficult to follow The theater lines for the bathrooms were excessive
