NEW YORK THEATRE GUIDE 👎🏻 I went on another website to order tickets from our Broadway show. I put in my information. It kept spinning and spinning. I assume the order did not go through and so I did it again. The same thing happened. Again, I assumed the order didn’t go through.. I saw New York Theatre Guide. For a few dollars more I could protrction. See below. After checking, my email all three orders had gone through. NEW YORK THEATRE GUIDE had an option to chat. Though I purchased the protection they said they could not cancel. They issued a voucher for another show. The box office was kind enough to return the full amount of one performance to my credit card . NEW YORK THEATRE GUIDE did not extend the same courtesy. So be aware missed then protection is not that at all. So disappointed in this company.
