the name on my account was wrong and because i started the course they refused to change the name or give me a refund THEIR ADVICE was to start over and buy it again/

Time to change this course delivery platform. An interactive, video enhanced course rather than a mono voice with far too much information would greatly help to achieve the goal. I would pay more for a better educational experience. I am a senior driver participating for an insurance discount. My background and informational needs differ from a teenager or younger inexperienced driver. I would not recommend this course to others. My insurance company should investigate other platforms for my specific educational needs.
