After completing payment, I was unable to access the course after several attempts. I do not have a smart phone. I was finally refunded my payment. I will take the course elsewhere. Mike

This is my fourth or fifth year and doing this and it’s an easy review of the rules of the road. You can do over many days.

Almost everything. I was not allowed to move on to the next modules. I had no luck in my attempts to contact customerservice for support. So I lost the money I paid for the course.
Response from New York Safety CouncilJul 17, 2026
Hi Rene, we're truly sorry for the trouble you experienced accessing the course modules and reaching our support team — that's not the experience we want for any of our students. We've reset your course and it's ready for you to log in and start now. If you need any additional support, please email us at [email protected] and we'll be glad to help. Thank you for your patience!
