Old beer
Ordered beer from them and was brought an expired 6 pack, but the convenience and prices were very good

Excellent Customer Service
Due to snow, I had to cancel an order. I emailed customer support and they responded right away. They canceled my order and provided a full refund. It was painless. They were great to work with.

Not satisfied - wrong items delivered
I ordered four different types of beers - two of which were different from what I ordered. One of them the delivery guy pointed out on delivery, and the other one, he didn't even mention. For both, store should have called me first to see if I wanted replacements. They had my number but just assumed I'd be okay with different ones? I ordered specifically online because it was offering beers not sold commonly. Very disappointed.

I sent an email from Canada as I wanted to send a gift to my brother in NYC, but could not enter Canadian billing address. Customer service responded quickly and I was able to arrange for the delivery, that arrived at his office a few hours later. Thank You for the very prompt reply and solution.

Brilliant Service!
Excellent service. I was giving up with online delivery supermarkets as there was always a problem with delivery or checkout, however with NY Grocery I was able to use messenger and chat with them to solve all issues! Messaging was instant and I could use the website with ease. Looking forward to receiving my purchase. Will always use you!
