I bought a bunch of items to be delivered to a friend (inside joke) I tipped over $18 because I included specific instructions that it was a gift and if they could write a one sentence note, I would appreciate it. In their online instructions it says they will attach a note. They did not and I am upset I tipped so much before this was done.

I can NOT verify online if my order has been delivered unless I allow your web sight to install 'cookies' in my search engine... Why would i want you to be able to track what I look at if I can not FIRST verify if you can do a simple task that i have ALREADY PAID FOR... so no I do not see a reason to use your service again BUT your answer does not cover everything.. your web site will NOT LET you just log in to verify to see if my order unless I in port a zip code and there it where Norton Security flags your website and warns that your website is trying to intrude tracking cookies. So NO I can not just log an to verify

Stacy, Sorry you had trouble with our site. To verify your order status you can login to your account and click on the status, You also have a option to email or text us for order status. The cookies we install are in the browser to load correct site, its doesn't track anything beyond our site. ##update: May 25th 2016 Norton Security flags site for various reason which can be true issue or false alert, in any case we have opened a case with them and are investigating. The cookies stored on your device by our site our temporary and harmless. The fact that you have re-enter your zipcode tells that the cookies from the time the order was placed have expired. We understand and have made a note of that it is inconvenient to enter zipcode every time and even for checking status of an order. We will take your suggest with the dev team. ### update May 26th 2016 Our dev team worked with the Norton team last night, The issue is related to mixed content (http & https) which has now been resolved.

We ordered 3 different items and only received 1 of the items correctly. The others weren't what we ordered at all.

The sale is complete and your credit card has been charged. Then the vendor assigned by the website calls telling you they don't have what you ordered and that they will replace with similar or something else. Most of the time it works out fine and they even throw in some extra bonus for you, but sometimes I really need what I ordered. The website should be updated to what the vendors can really supply. 100% of time I placed an order I got a call from the vendor saying they didn't have what I wanted. 90% of time it works out fine, but otherwise it's hard to trust the service knowing surprises will come your way. Perhaps I should just call the vendor directly and put the order directly, knowing exactly what they have or not. Whoever is behind the commission and the website operation should know that selling stuff you can't deliver is not the best way to escalate a business. Sooner or later your clients will find another supplier that sells what they can really deliver. I'll give five stars to the vendor because they try hard and are very courteous and fast, but to the website service overall, nahh, will be hard to go back.

We totally understand how frustrating it can be when your order needs to be substituted almost every time. The real issue here is that our vendors are small local business that don't readily have the systems and tools to sync with their inventory in real time which causes out of stock or sold out products to be continued to be listed on our site. We have realized this issue and are currently working with the vendor to update the product listing.

First try using the company to cater a party. Order arrived incomplete. Not enough food for guests. Huge disappointment.

The order did not contain any food items other than beer, not sure why are we given a 2 star review for food.... Reaching out to customer to resolve the matter. Update: The customer has not responded back to us. We feel that the customer had ordered from a number of merchants including us. We believe the customer mistook us for the food vendor and hence the review is irrelevant to our service.

The order arrived quickly. The quality of the vegetables were poor. The prices are extremely high. I was charged for 2 items and received one. I can't trust this service provider, will try a different one.

They were out of stock in almost half of my list and charge me for all items that were out of stock and refund a week later.
