I recently purchased the Carbon 1 Pro ebike. I am very pleased with its' ease of use. The decreased weight is quite nice compared to other ebikes I have ridden. The ability to use an app on my phone to connect to the bike "computer" is a nice feature. In addition I had an excellent experience with their customer service. I somehow managed to misplace the key to access the battery. Customer service expedited sending me at no cost a replacement key. Overall I am very satisfied with the bike and the company.

I have had a 5Star experience with my recent ebike purchase. In particular, the customer service representative Sue and others supporting my order have exceeded my expectations. I initially order a Carbon Fusion Pro which is a fine product, but as a senior I needed to return this bike and reordered a Carbon Joy Ultra. I needed a lower profile step thru ebike. The Urtopia customer service team was with me every step of the return and reordering process, and kept me fully informed. A First Class experience!

For some people it would be great to connect by phone - much faster. Instructions on features need to be tested by older people that might want to purchase your product. Example - if i want to combine data on a long ride where the bar is turned off a couple of times, I'm told to select the rides I want to combine, but there are no Instructions on how to select - do I tap, double tap, push, slide, hold??? I love your product and want it to get better.

I purchased my carbon joy online and received an excellently packaged E-Bike. Nothing was damaged or scratched and it was very fast shipping. I put it together myself. I’m a 66 year-old woman and had no problem putting it together. I was previously riding a heavier, E-Bike and the light weight of this bike is amazing. It is so much easier to handle for me. I’m just your average older female. After sale customer service is excellent. The bike is bad ass looking. You don’t have to take the battery out to charge it and even the battery is finished to match your bike. If you’re thinking about it, you won’t regret it.

Assembling the bike was going well, with only a couple of electrical connections left to snap together. One went together as expected. But the other, as hard as I could push, would not close and snap. I feared that the connector was either defective or would soon be broken from my efforts. I contacted tech support, and, after some discussion, I grabbed both ends of the connector with pliers and pushed harder. The connector closed, and now everything works! Great bike!

I have been dealing with Ding in customer support for 6 months working to resolve a problem. He has come through with amazing results, that I could not have predicted would be so excellent. He/she is efficient, effective, courteous and delivers the best customer service. He/she never gives up, keeps working to solve it.

I recently got the foldable Urtopia ebike (in yellow) and I absolutely love it! I ride it daily as a commuter around Southeast Los Angeles and along the LA River and it’s been such a reliable and fun part of my routine. As a non-car owner in LA, this bike has been a total game-changer for my multimodal trips because it’s easy to fold if I'm on the LA Metro train with no bike space but also super convenient to mount on the bike rack when im taking the bus. Makes getting around so much more joyful. I also ride it for community rides like CicLAvia and with the Southeast LA Bike Bus (which will hopefully become the first bike bus for K–12 students in Los Angeles.) Thank you, Urtopia, for making such a great bike! I’m proud to ride it and to show people in my community how ebikes can make our city more connected and sustainable. (PS: get ready to get compliments daily if you get this bike haha)
