NEW TOWN SPARESReviews of newtownspares.com

Received the drives in a timely manner.

The product received was exactly as described at a very attractive price. Customer service was excellent. I chose the cheapest shipping option because I was not in a big hurry. The reshipper used is one of those where your item disappears in the system for a while and then pops out at your post office. It actually appears in the tracking as not shipped thus my very positive experience with customer service. I would certainly use New Town Spares again. Thank you

Staff was responsive and helpful with technical questions about the product. Price was very fair.

The hard drive arrived on time and was functional. I was quite happy with this store.

Kevin Malick went above and beyond to ensure that what I purchased was compatible with my existing equipment. He also handled an issue with my order quickly and professionally. I will definitely be purchasing from New Town Spares again!

I was hesitant at first, who is this company? Can they deliver on time? Yes! They can! I called with concerns that the item had not shipped yet and I needed it by a particular deadline. The agent went above and beyond and made sure I got the product FIRST thing in the morning! Forever grateful! Thank you!

I got the wrong item and they were very responsive and helpful about a replacement.

I got a great low price and received the orders promptly which saved a planned migration. I plan to buy from New Town again.
