I needed a drive urgently and it has been three days now and they still have not shipped the drive yet.

To be honest i was a little skeptic about New Town Spare prices. I reached out to see if they had a particular drive in stock and to my surprise I price was unbeatable. Kevin Malick is the account rep you want to talk to. Quick responses and very helpful. He assisted me all the way to the end with providing info on drives, pricing and shipping info. Top notch service
