Excellent service, and fast turnaround. I had a problem with a streaming device that provided OTA tv signals. Based upon what it was doing, I figured it to be a hard drive issue. I order it, (best price on the market, well within my budget). It was one of those things that if it didn’t work out, then I didn’t lose much. It turned out that it didn’t work, because the device didn’t want to format it even though they are the same exact part. Go figure. The good news is that I did get the original drive to reformat and is working again. So all is not lost or wasted.

Kevin was able to get me information on the part needed for my customer. He communicated clearly about what was needed to fulfill the order and got my order coming quickly.

**New update, they’ve flagged my review in an attempt to to hide the truth and this review company “Trustpilot” seems to be allowing this to happen. Zero “trust” This is a scam company. They try to pass off used products as new. Additionally they don't actually have a lot of items in inventory and instead source your item after the order. Their reviews are bot generated, proceed with caution. Additionally, they have tried to remove this review which further highlights their fake service and performance.
