Trevor, recognizing that the hard drive I inquired about in chat, was not the drive I placed the order for online. He reached out to me to confirm if I ordered the correct drive. I had not! He was very helpful in stopping his team from shipping the incorrect drive. Thanks to him, it saved us time and money from having to send back the incorrectly ordered drive. Daniel, he kept communication going through out the fulfillment and shipping process. Drive was received as communicated and the drive was properly protected for shipping. We put the drive in our NAS and has been rebalancing with out issue. Great experience purchasing from New Town Spares!

Chat salesman was very helpful in getting me the exact part that I needed. Hard drive that I purchased was exact same one as the none I needed to replace. Worked great as soon as I installed it

I assumed that these were new HP brand drives, but what I received were used HGST brand drives. I have gone back and looked at my order and can not find anywhere that these were used. The company did reach out to me informing me that they were indeed refurbished. But it should been clear on the website that these were not new.
