Compared to other vendors, ordering and doing business was exceptionally easy and quicker than I expected when it comes to finding pretty uncommon to powerful components for server/workstation building. I assumed the shipping times would have been extreme given [current] geopolitical tension, but I got everything I needed with weeks to spare for my own deadline for my build project. I have to say also the customer service and large quantity of items is also a plus. I can see myself using New Town Spares for now on given how much time and money I have actually saved vs in state supply lines.

Clean pul hard drive installed no problem. It was very lightly used.

Ordered an SSD that did not show as re-furbished on the web page. Before shipping, the Newtown team emailed me to say the drive was refurbished, and offered a new alternative if the refurbished drive was not acceptable. I asked them if the refurbished drive had any SMART test results to show its condition. They provided a clean set of results and a 90 day warrantee in case the drive failed. Drive arrived ahead of schedule, I ran a set of diagnostic tests which all passed, and have been using the drive ever since. Great transparency and communication from the team.
