Quick delivery and great customer service!

Placed an order then 24 hours later received an email stating that due to "an internal technical error" - they needed an additional $1528.16 to process the order.

My experience with Kevin was great, he helped me a lot with my doubts.

New Town sent me a card that would not work on a Linux Mint box. When I informed New Town Spares of the problem, they told me to return it and they would give me a refund. You can't expect better than that. Thanks New Town Spares. Special thanks to Daniel.

Amazing company to do business with! They are super professional, very knowledgeable, and they will help with everything needed, including after sales support. The moment I placed the order, they emailed me to confirm that I was aware I was buying a refurbished graphics card. Then, they follow-up with shipping details, and again after it was delivered. But even better, when I mentioned to them that my desktop was throwing some errors after I change the card, they put me in touch with their techs, which gave me instructions on how to clear all the errors! I had an excellent experience with New Town Spares. The Samsung 840 EVO 1TB SSD arrived quickly, was well packaged, and was exactly as described. The drive cloned successfully and is now running flawlessly in my desktop PC. I ran into some boot configuration issues, but those turned out to be related to my older motherboard and BIOS settings—not the SSD itself. Once everything was configured correctly, the drive performed perfectly. New Town followed up with a personal call to make sure my SSD was delivered and working properly. I appreciate receiving a quality refurbished product at a fair price, and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Highly recommended!
