NEW TOWN SPARESReviews of newtownspares.com

Ryan was extremely helpful in getting me a CRT monitor for my Windows 2000 Compaq machine even after some difficulties. I would definitely recommend New Town Spares for vintage computer items.

Very knowledgeable customer support. I was looking for a specific AMD EPYC processor and they went above and beyond to answer my questions about vendor locking and beat the competition from other online retailers. I definitely would purchase from them again.

Kevin was helpful. All questions answered.

WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE A SYSTEM NEEDED TO GET MY PRIMARY PRINTER NEEDS BACK IN SERVICE. MY ONLY STUPIDITY WAS FAILING TO PROVIDE A DETAILED AND COMPLETE MODEL NUMBER FOR THE DEVICE IN QUESTION SUCH THAT EXISTING ACCESSORIES WOULD MATCH THE ABILITIES OF THE PRINTER THEY FOUND FOR ME.

The delivery was fasr, card came in very sturdy box and was in bubble wrap.card much better than original.would reccomend to anyone.

My feelings have changed I was previously very frustrated with Newtown Spares for price issues being modified after my purchases. This is still a source of frustration but my company needed 7 identical drives in a pinch and this team was able to help us out with the big order in a quick turnaround. I believe in credit where credit is due, and they were great here.

They had the specific monitor, I needed at the best price I could find. Great selection of new and pre-owned equipment. Friendly knowledge staff and fast shipping. I would recommend this company.

Great Job in your service.
