Great company, they follow up to make sure your order is ok

I needed to add a solid state drive to my laptop to improve performance. I searched far and wide to find the one that would fit before I happened on New Town Spares. They had exactly what I needed and at a fair price too. I got the part quickly. It was packaged well too. I was able to install it in my laptop and it provided the benefit I expected. I didn't have any problem at all but I am sure that New Town Spares would have supported me if I had. They followed up after I received the part to make sure I was pleased. I got texts and email from a real person rather than from a computer. I would buy from them again and next time, I would save myself a lot of searching by going to them first.

I google searched for a specific toner cartridge. New Town Spares showed to have that toner. They notified me that they were out of the name brand toner and would I accept a generic toner. I agreed because the name brand toner was no longer available anywhere. They sent me 2 toners for the same price of the one name brand toner. So far, both toners work just fine. I'm happy now. Thank you.
