I became aware of timeshare title transfer services through a television advertisement. Upon further research, I found that the firm that was advertising did not appear to be reputable. Now, I join that group of satisfied customers. I found Newton Group to be very professional, courteous and responsive. They made the onerous process of divesting a time share property as painless as possible. I strongly recommend Newton Group Transfers. I made the right choice. I hope you will too.

It was a very lengthy process, about 3 years. They did contact me on a monthly basis. We haven't received any legal documents saying that we were released from our timeshare but did receive a letter from The Newton Group saying that it was done.

We had 5 timeshare contracts that we were looking to end. Newton Group was able to move us out of all of them. While it took a bit longer than originally told (10 months vs 5 months), we were kept up to date by phone calls from the Newton Group every month or so. As we had 5 contract, it might have been a little more complicated than others. In the end, Newton Group and their staff did a good job of getting us out of our timeshares with Hilton and Diamond. As the kids didn't want them and we were not using them, it was a good move for us. Yes, the up front costs seem high, but the break even point will be in a couple of years. When issues come up, the Group responded within a day or so and addressed our concerns. I suspect that they are dealing with a lot of people doing what we did, so they seem to be pretty busy. I'd look for them again, if I had a timeshare I wanted to move out from.

The Newton group was very honest and upfront with all details. I was disappointedl that I did not make any money from my timeshare but it was well worth the money to get rid of it and all HOA fees. The Newton group was informative and supportive .

The only complaint is that they dont communicate with you while you are waiting for your timeshare to be finalized, I had to call them.
