I used the Newton Group to get out of my Timeshare and they did exactly what they said they would. This is a time consuming process so it certainly will not get done immediately. However, most of the hold up is due to the Timeshare Resorts resistance to letting you out of your commitment to pay them on a yearly basis. This is definitely something that you cannot get done on your own, first of all most people don't have that much time to devote to chasing down the management at one of those resorts. This is a lot of work and it is not cheap, but if you continue to pay resort fees for another "5 years", you will have spent more money on the resort than you would have spent getting rid of it! The employees of the Newton Group are specialists in this process and they kept in constant contact so that I knew what was happening and when. This process also requires your commitment so there is some work that you will have to do. The Newton group is for real and there are many people out there waiting to take your money without getting the results that you want and that is getting out of your timeshare contract. Overall good experience, took 2 years to get timeshare dropped. Newton staff was very supportive, seemed to be a lot of turnover in handling of our account but we always got answers to questions or concerns.

Although the process took a long time, it was painless for us once we completed all of the paperwork. I really appreciated the periodic phone calls to let me know the progress. Even though it took time, at least I knew someone was actively working to sell out timeshare.
