We were pleased with the Newton Group Transfers process in that it was presented fairly and accurately. We new we had made a mistake by owning a time share and the fact that the maintenance bills would be passed on to our children with our estate. We talked with several different companies that claimed to be able to sell our time share (for a price) but the Newton Group outlined exactly what would happen. It is a bit costly, but they got the job done and we are free of the timeshare with the court documents to prove it. All of the representatives of the Newton Group that spoke with us were friendly and professional. We would recommend the Newton Group.

We signed up with the Newton Group in November, 2014. The process was lengthy, 4 years. The Group was helpful and finally came through on January, 2019. We are satisfied with the outcome though at times it was very trying. Until 2018, there was not a lot of communication and we felt that we always had to call to get an update. Newton Group went through about 5 different lawyer groups who were not helpful at all and kept telling us that we could not get any updates or copies of communications with Grand Pacific Palisades. Finally, Best Defense Lawyers were able to get the job done. We are very glad it is over and will never invest in any timeshare in the future.

We were hesitant at first to go with Newton Group Transfers, or anyone for that matter, to get rid of our timeshare. But, after listening to and talking to an actual person, we decided that this sounded good. They were very informative and answered all of our questions about how the process would work. It was a long process and the fact that we had to send them money up front kind of worried us. But, through the entire process, they kept in touch with us step-by-step. They were never pushy and when we called them, they returned our call within 24 hrs.(usually less). We are now timeshare free and it feels good! Thank You Newton Group Transfers!

The good thing is, we are done and out from under the burden of our foolish decision to sign up for a points based time share. But the transfer was hardly as smooth, or quick, as we expected. At one point we had to sign a few things, including getting some signatures notarized. The instructions were not clear that one of those forms was supposed to be separately signed and notarized by each of us (as in, print out 2 copies and we each sign and have our copy notarized). So we had to redo this, which of course cost us more money (and time). Not to mention that a couple of times we had sent in requested documents, only to be asked for them a second time, as if we had not sent them. Finally, long after we assumed everything was done and complete, we got notice from the time share people that we were not allowed to have used a 3rd party to get out of this. We panicked, as we'd already paid a large amount of money to the Newton Group. In the end, they did take care of it for us, though we had to sign yet another form, stating that we had not used a 3rd party, which made no sense.

I placed three timeshare to the Newton Group transfer, to unwind my. Ownership. I entrusted the process to them and by six months I was free of the burden of increasing maintenance fee and in perpetuity ownership. Thank you for excellent service.

My name is Maureen Lorman. I had tried unsuccessfully to sell, trade, or just sign over my timeshare since my husband died in 2010. ANYTHING to get rid of it. I was tired of paying for services I did not use or even want to use. There were so many scams out there that I just gave up! (and paid thousands of dollars in the mean-time!) That is until I read the ad for the Newton group and their presentation in South Bend, Indiana. I checked the BBB (A+ rated), read testimonials, and finally decided to give them a try. The gentleman conducting this presentation seemed quite knowledgeable and sincere... and did NOT use any high-pressure techniques. Oh my word!!! The Newton Group actually delivered what they promised! I no longer am burdened with a time-share I rarely used and did not want! The process was so simple for me. The fee was nominal.I truly recommend anyone who owns a timeshare they consider worthless or financially draining to utilize their services.Everyone I dealt with treated me with complete respect and total professionalism. We were referred to Newton Group by some friends and we were not disappointed. The representatives were very informative and professional throughout the whole process. It took over a year but they kept us in the loop and were very responsive whenever we had questions. We are so relieved to be rid of our timeshare and so appreciative of all their hard work for us.
