Good communication, make the process easy. Very professionnal

We have been trying to get out of our contract for several years and could not receive any help. After finding Newton Group, we were able to get out of our contract.

I vetted Newton Group Transfers (NGT) carefully before hiring them to terminate my timeshare contract. Nonetheless, I was nervous. I had had my timeshare for 12 years and had been told there was no way out of the contract. In working with NGT, their staff told me what they would do, what my cost would be, and gave me an expected time frame for termination of my contract. Everything happened just as they said it would and during the process, NGT was extremely responsive to all my questions and concerns. I am now timeshare free and feel like I got a 12-year-old monkey off my back. I highly recommend Newton Group Transfers!

The Newton Group Helped us get out of our Time Share. The process was explained to us in the beginning that this is a process and that the results may take time and once they guaranteed that we would not pay another maintenance fee to our Time Share we were excited. They delivered on their promise and the costs to get the deed out of our name was reasonable and done within 10 months. I would fully endorse the Newton Group.

I'm believing this is the end of our "membership" with the time share we had for many years including the many "dollars" we had spent on maintenance fees! We appreciate the time and assistance provided by the Newton Group.

Judging from reviews I've heard from other people, the treatment I received from the Newton Group was very satisfactory. The initial meeting gave a full explanation of the process. All associates I encountered, barring none, acted in a friendly and professional manner. I was always contacted and informed in an appropriate and timely manner. The only drawback I encountered was the time element involved. I was told it would take anywhere from 1 to 11/2 years. It ended up taking 21/2 years. The reason given to me was that my unit was in Cabo San Lucas Mexico and that the fact it was in a foreign country made it more complicated.(not a big problem now)

My husband and I have experience with other companies that have tried to get us out of our timeshare so we were on the fence with Newton Group. Our Newton Group representative was wonderful! She kept us up to date on everything that was happening and if we had questions she returned emails or calls promptly. Our timeshare was sold with in a year! What a wonderful feeling! Thank you Newton Group, you definitely have our recommendation!
