Scam
Don’t give them any money. They basically presented 2 options let them try to sell it or don’t pay your resort and hope they eventually take it back..both options can take years and you don’t need to pay someone thousands of dollars when you can do that on your own. Total scam. Feels a lot like when you get pressured into buying a timeshare. Now they are gonna respond with the same bs reply as all the other negative comments.

Hi Chris, Thank you for sharing your experience. We'd like the chance to talk with you about it directly, and a member of our consumer service team will be reaching out. A timeshare is a legally binding agreement, which is why our program centers on having an attorney who individually represents you review your contract and your situation. For most owners, having someone in your corner who is looking only at your agreement is one of the more meaningful ways to approach an exit. Because these are binding financial obligations, the process does take time, and that is true of any legitimate path forward. We appreciate you raising this and look forward to connecting.
