After spending several thousand with companies who had all kinds of people waiting to buy, then hearing and getting nothing, I gave in to working with Newton Group and couldn't be happier. I was told at the onset that it could be a long ride but if I let them do their job they would either get rid of my timeshare or give me back my payment. I am so happy to say after four years of trust, following their program I received word today that I was no longer an owner of a Timeshare. What a relief. Newton Group is very professional in all their communications. They were able to free us of our timeshare unit in just 6 months. You do need to be an active participant by completing the forms as directed and some of the forms need to be notarized. We did have to pay one more year in maintenance fees and we do have an assigned week at our previous timeshare for the year 2020. We will have friends or family use that week. The cost of this process is all up front and includes all the closing costs. Our cost was approximately the sum of 5 years of our maintenance fees.
