Newton Group Transfers truly lived up to its reputation as the #1 ranked company in timeshare mitigations. They guided me through their process of getting me out of my timeshare contract with Wilderness Presidential Resorts (Resorts Inc), thus ending the increasing annual maintenance costs for a timeshare I've never used. I never thought I would ever get from under this binding timeshare contract. Newton Group Transfers made this possible. I now can say unequivocally that Wilderness Presidential Resorts is a very distant image in my rearview mirror. I can rejoice now in joining the tens (or hundreds) of thousand satisfied consumers in getting from under these binding timeshare contracts and rising annual maintenance fees. The professionalism and expertise of the entire Newton Group Transfer staff are truly exemplary and reflect your solid reputation and #1 ranked standing in the commercial industry. Thanx again. I am so THANKFUL to be out of my timeshare!! I'm sure we all share the same problem. Maint fees kept rising, our kids would be burdened with it after we are gone, can't use it, can't get out of it. I was hesitant at first about the Newton Group until I read all the reviews. After going to the initial seminar I was afraid I was paying all this money and it may never get me out of this. It took a very long time, 9 months, but they said it could take that long so I knew it up front. They told me if it was not done by the time my maint fees became due, I would not have to pay them. I got the notice of the maint fees being due and panicked but The Newton Group paid them as promised. I figure with what I paid the Newton Group to free me of my timeshare, it would pay for itself in a couple years. I do have a complaint. I never received the final documents and had to inquire to get them, although they said they had been sent. I had to have the Power of Attorney notarized a second time because of attorney changes or something. Whenever the Newton Group called me, they could not provide any information except they were working on it. At least they called to update me but whenever I tried to call them back after they left a message, I never got a live person, ever. But like everyone else that wrote a review, so thankful to be out of this timeshare I thought I would be trapped in forever. You can't even give it away. Ugh So yes, I would suggest using this company but be patient. It takes a long time.

We owned two timeshares and the Newton Group successfully got us out of both. The cost to do so was a bit steep in my opinion but it is often said "you get what you pay for" so now that it is over I feel it was well worth the money. The only issue I feel was somewhat deceptive was that of choosing between utilizing an assigned attorney to represent us or, using the "in-house" method in which Newton does all the work internally through their contacts with the resorts. It is an "either/or" type proposition and you are not given the chance to discuss the matter with the attorney before making the decision. I feel that should be an option before electing to take the "in-house" path. That may be a small part of the total process but having the option of discussing your case with an attorney first would help a customer to make a more "informed" decision on which path to take. However, all in all they did a great job, kept us informed along the way on the progress of the case and were always available to answer any questions we had. Good job Newton.

In December 2018 we contracted with Newton Group to return our timeshare to Hilton and pay Hilton to take it back. They have delayed now for a year, and I have another bill for 2020 due January1, 2019. They call monthly with an update, two times telling us they lost the power of attorney. We told them we had a return receipt from the Post Office and suddenly they found the power of attorney. They tell us it is in the hands of Hilton, but why did they take a year to get it to Hilton? This results in me having to pay an additional year of fees on the timeshare. The cost to get rid of this timeshare is now nearing cost of the timeshare. My wife and I are 72 and 74 and unable to take vacations. We have lost our points for the past two years. The company claims a BBB of A+. Hah! I will need to bring a lawsuit against Hilton and Newton Group.

Mr. Melton. By now, I am sure you are aware that your timeshare exit is complete. We had advised you prior that you did not have to pay any future maintenance fees since you were in the final processing stage. We spoke with your wife again today to confirm that your exit has been completed. We also confirmed with her that you do not have to pay any additional maintenance fees (or any other fees to us or the resort) since you are no longer a timeshare owner. The deed was recorded out of your name on 12/4/19 and your resort does require 10-14 days to complete the processing on their end. You had signed your closing documents in July of 2019, and sadly there was a mail mishap by UPS which required resigning of documents. That was totally outside of our control. Our team maintains detailed call records so we have all of the documentation of keeping you up to date at every point in the process. Most of our customers are truly grateful to be out of their timeshare in under a year and we trust you are as well. Congrats on being timeshare free and we wish you and your wife Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year!

though initially skeptical, we were most delighted not only in the information first given as well as the step by step calls made by Newton Group staff. A huge shout out to this fine company. We thought this would take a year instead it took only a few months to have the work completed. we will tell others who are in the same boat as we were and how we were able to rid ourselves of what may well have been a huge problem for our children.

Newton Group Transfers successfully transferred our timeshare. The NGT staff was honest about the transfer business costs and spelled out accurately the documents we would need to provide to transfer the vacation timeshare as well as ball parked the time we could expect the process to be completed. The NGT staff was competent and professional.
