It was costly but took only ~ 6 months. It was nice to let someone else take the responsibility for getting out of our timeshare. It was nice to ignore all communications from the timeshare company. Newton was always responsive and kept us informed of the status of our transfer.

We had an outstanding experience with the Newton Group. They were very professional and kept us informed during the entire process. Although the price was high, it was worth getting out of the annual dues and maintenance fees. We started the process in September and it was completed by late December. They took my money July 2018. Still stuck in my timeshare, still getting bills. Their follow-up after the first few months is basically non-existent. Pls know that YOU have to do all the work and follow-up. They don't back you or get involved when things bog down. They pawn you off to another group and then you are on your own and they are on to their next sale. There sales pitch and initial process all sounds good and then....everything stops. I highly recommend that you go a different route than Newton.

Everything was completed as we were told.We were kept informed of everything as it went along.In all a good experience.We though the price was a little high.

My mother who is now 96 had a timeshare that no one used for years. The maintenance fees kept going up no one wanted it and she wanted to get rid of it now instead of it being a burden later. She received a letter from the Newton Group and I began researching them. As you know there are a lot of scams out there! The Newton Group's high rating and success made us decide to give them a call. They were very professional an up front about fees and the process. After completing lots of paperwork and sending all the information they required it took 11 months to complete. We got a little impatient but knew up front that the process could take this long with all the legal work etc. Communication was key. We missed calls from each other but got the answers to questions on a timely basis. Everyone I talked to was friendly, helpful and guided me when we hit a small bump which they took care of for me! That was a relief. So glad this is finished. My mom is also glad not to have this hanging over us. If you have a timeshare you have been trying to get rid of please give the Newton Group a chance. We started the process with Newton in April, and the exit was completed in December. Newton kept in touch during the process, and we appreciated the updates. We are proud to have the opportunity to share our experience with The Newton Group Transfers. We had been hesitant for some time to "take the risk" in enlisting a company to help us get out of our time share. With so many stories of scam companies out there we didn't know if there could really be a legitimate company we could trust. There was something about the letter we got in the mail. We trusted our gut instincts and gave them a call.... We found them to be more than we even imagined. We give them an A for professionalism, thoughtfulness, and honesty. They performed just as they promised. We were out of our time share within a couple of months with no complications. We trusted them and they performed. Good for us and good for them. Finally free from Blue Green property. Newton did what they said. A few bumps in the road and took 2 years but they took care of annual fees and lawyer fees. Difficult to contact them on occasion, but they continued to work the issues successfully. Would recommend to anyone, but must have patience in the process!
