I had tried for a number of years to get out of my timeshare with another company who finally went out of business after no results. Newton, while not inexpensive, delivered exactly what they promised. They set expectations up front and met them all. They were also very accessible during the process.

We were having such a difficult time breaking our contract, even though we had a legitimate reason for needing to break it. Then we heard about The Newton Group. We did our homework and checked them out before attending a meeting. We signed them up to handle the legal work that was required. They were always in touch at every step and always available to take our calls. The Newton Group explained everything as each step proceeded. They were legally, professionally above board. We have no regrets and would contact them again if we ever needed their services.

The team at Newton Group performed as promised. I no longer needed the Timeshare. The time share was use less frequently and weeks became harder to book on weeks that fit our schedule. It was similar to playing the lottery. I am glad I chose NTG to take care of something that became a burden. Any one that asks, I highly recommend NTG.

We were younger, had children, when we took out our TimeShare in Orlando, Florida with dreams that we would have family vacations. Well, we didn't know we had to pay maintenance fees every year, even though we only were assigned one week every two years - that was an eye opener. We also didn't realize that maintenance fees constantly increased. Well, life happened. Kids grew up and moved away. We grew older and had medical issues. Bottom line, we were paying rising maintenance fees and not using it. We tried to sell it - that didn't work -- we actually paid an agency to list our Timeshare - that didn't happen. We tried to give it back to Timeshare people - FREE - nope, not interested. Then we find out that our children would be held responsible if we just happened to die! Don't get me wrong, it was a great place, situated in Orlando, right in the middle of all the attractions. However, it just wasn't for us anymore. And then we found out there was NO WAY OUT. -- then Newton Group came along. Look -- we're just normal people, not rich by any means. We love our family - grandkids, now retired. We had been burned by the agency that took our money to list our timeshare. However, Newton Group guaranteed that once we signed with them we would pay NO maintenance fees and they guaranteed 100% success in getting us out of Timeshare. Well, truthfully we prayed about it and took a leap of faith. We signed on with Newton Group and we are so thankful we did. They took over immediately. From the moment we signed the contract, we no longer paid maintenance fees which had gone up to $650 a year. We had constant contact with representatives from Newton Group. Truthfully this went on for over 2+ years. Newton Group was diligent in working to terminate our Timeshare. We were worried about our credit rating - nothing changed. We were able to buy a house, car - etc - nothing adversely affected us. Final bottom line - we are totally out of our Timeshare. Newton Group came through for us -- just like they said -- no maintenance fees were ever paid once we signed with them and no matter how long it took them. We were never harasses or threatened in any way by not paying. We had contact with Newton Group constantly. We count ourselves very fortunate to have taken that leap of faith with Newton Group. Thank you Newton Group, for all you have done. You certainly earned your fee!!

We were sold a week of any choice we wanted on any of the Hawaiian islands . But when we decided to travel to a vacation on one of the islands ,that is when we found out that we needed more shares for our time share hotel that we had picked out . I argued to no avail to the time share company ,they simply said you should have known that you would need more time . Enter Newton group . It took awhile of negotions on their part but in the end we finally got rid of our time share completely. That is the day we felt like we got our life back . Thank you Newton group . To be honest, I didn't think that the Newton Group would be able to bring an end to our Nevada timeshare contract. However, with the use of DC Law lawyers they were successful but only after several years of hard work and one additional maintenance payment to the timeshare group. But time and effort brought success and we are now out of the contract completely, thank goodness.

While the sign off on our time share took longer than we would have liked, it is a relief to know it is behind us. DC Capital Law did a good job at keeping us informed.

The Newton Group assisted us in transferring out of our timeshare with Island Links at Coral Resorts. We were very happy with our experience. Every time we had a question they returned our call. Tom Holmes at D.C. Law was also a big help to us.
