Working with the Newton Group was wonderful. They were very accessible, explained what was going on. They answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to get out of their timeshare.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the Newton Group, and their handling of our timeshare exit. They were so professional and kind to deal with, any questions or concerns were handled quickly, and to our satisfaction. We would certainly highly recommend them.

Newton Group found a transfer agent which expedited our exit in far less time than the one year time frame we had been led to expect. This included work during the constraints of the Covid 19 pandemic. Newton officials assigned to our case were professional, and responsive to our need for information and detail. They provided clear instructions on the execution of documents required of us and were easy to work with in every respect. This was not a happy thing for us to undertake but Newton Group made it as easy as possible and demonstrated the kind of integrity and professionalism that were sadly lacking in our experience with timeshare sales.

We started the process about one year ago. There were many times we felt like giving up. However Sabrina Sypek was always there and always encouraging us to keep at it. Having owned a timeshare for 28 years with mixed experiences, this year (of Covid 19) we decided it was time to rethink our our experiences and our obligations to Holidayinn vacation club. We decided it was time to exit our contract with HVC for 2 reasons. One was to keep from obligating our children. The other was the rising maintenance cost. We shopped around for an exit team and after a short seminar, decided to go with The Newton Group. We are very pleased we did! Their communication with us was great. We followed their instructions, got the paperwork together and sent in everything requested. All the while Jessica Berry (of Newton Group) was there for us to answer any questions and help in any way. The process was surprisingly smooth and quick for us.
