they did their job and got us free from our timeshare

Two factors that were helpful in process of getting out of my timeshare were: The Newton Group's partnership with the lawyers working with me, helped me every step of the way so that we knew at all times what was going on. Also, there was steady progress with the Newton group so that they tried to expedite the process as quickly as they possibly could. When they hit a time of waiting on something to happen such as filing the document releasing us from the timeshare with the county they did so. Then they told us when the process was completed. I would highly recommend using them because of these important benefits in the process of getting out of my timeshare.

this company was just fine, legit, and friendly, I gave them only 3 stars as I did not feel like I was kept informed in the first few months of being in their care. As time got closer to closing in on the deal they got much better at calling me.

Over a period of time beginning in 2003, we bought 5 units of Sheraton Vistana timeshares. We used them every year and enjoyed many wonderful vacations. However, when we reached the age of 80-years-old and went into a retirement community, we needed to take leave of the timeshares. We needed financial relief and health issues became increasingly more serious. After researching many options, we discovered "The Consumer's Guide to Timeshare Exit" booklet published by the Newton Group on the internet. They were helpful both online and by telephone throughout the complicated process of assessing our situation with information and documents. The fee for processing our claim was high but with trust in the Newton Group, we were able to complete the exit process of our contracts with Sheraton (now owned by the Marriott BonVoy company) in the 6 months promised. Our exit was legally executed with deeds filed in the county of purchase for every unit. In addition, they ensured that we maintained ownership with Marriott BonVoy of the points we had accumulated for our future use. We have recommended their service to other timeshare owners.

The transfer was quick and easy although expensive. When weighing the expense and the peace of mind of being over a foolish mistake it was well worth the expense and time. Thank you Newton Group!
