The team was very helpful! Glad we used their services and got out of the never ending "maintenance" fees. Adding an unwanted bill to pass on to our children is not a gift but a burden. So thankful its a done deal!

We didn’t like paying more money to our Skiers Lodge for our buyout ! It took longer than we were told at the presentation to finish it all up!

We started with a timeshare, 1987, at Vistana in Orlando Fla. A second week was purchased on the secondary market. It came with exchange restrictions as it was not purchased from Vistana. We enjoyed many trips and did exchanges through RCI. We converted to the points and upgraded the 2nd week to Vistana Villages. We eventually bought at the Custom House in Boston as out son was at Boston University. We added two weeks at Ocean Watch, Myrtle Beach, in 2011. The pressure to keep purchasing additional time or points, with restricted use on what we owned and the increase in Maintenance Fees to $7,000 per year as well as the timeshares being part of out estate led us to seek disposal. Neither son wanted to assume title and be responsible for the maintenance fees. Perpetual ownership and being passed on to the sons along with the fees was not made clear at the time of sale. The Newton Group made the exit for us and we are thankful.

We were involved in a timeshare agreement with a company that was eventually sold to Diamond Resorts International. This company uses a point system. We met with the representative. They gave us 6500 points and let us know that if we did not purchase additional points we would not be eligible for the benefits of the new rules. We bought 6500 more points which increased our maintenance fees from $700 to $2700 a year. We were offered special excursions each time we booked a week but had to attend a 90 minute update. The updates turned out to a 2 hour pressure meeting. Each time we refused to buy anymore points. In 2016 the rep offered a so called new approach. If we purchased an additional 13000 points we would be able to utilize the unused points to apply to the loan or maintenance fees or cash them in at a certain percentage. Bought the points and then when we called to take advantage of this wonderful offer were told that we could not apply for any of the above. We kept seeing all the ads about getting out of your timeshare and started investigating the possibility. We contacted a few places but we not satisfied with their procedures. We had to keep paying the loan and fees as we had a home and did not want any lien placed on it. We started receiving letters and emails from different companies. One of these places was the Newton Group who was having a presentation at a local hotel. We signed up and went. We were very impressed with what they offered. There was a one time investment. We held off until we sold our house. We were assigned a representative, who kept in contact with us on a regular basis. We were contacted by an attorney that works with Newton Group, who also kept in contact with us. It took approximately 2 years, but at last a breath of fresh air. Thanks to Newton Group and their attorneys we are timeshare free. I would encourage anyone who is burdened by a timeshare to contact the Newton Group.

I was skeptical of the whole process but was pleasantly surprised. Newton Group stayed on top of every aspect and made sure I did what was necessary on my end. Their follow through was exceptional and as a result I am free and clear of my timeshare. What a relief.

Newton group was very honest and upfront. They always as answered our questions and got us out of our timeshare as promised.

The Newton Group was very Efficient with taking care of our time share. I would recommend them.

Everything we did with the Newton group was done in a timely manner. Everyone was professional and we are no longer timeshare members. They had given us a timeframe of approximately 18 to 24 months and we were finished in six months. Would definitely recommend and have recommended the Newton group to friends.
