NewtekOneReviews of newtekone.com

Justine has always been phenomenal. She is the reason why we started with Newtek and returned to Newtek. As an education consulting firm we appreciate Justine for always being available when we need her especially during the busy seasons! She is such a gem!

Donna was excellent! She was very knowledgeable and walked me through the life insurance process step by step. She was very honest and straight-forward. I loved the fact that she has a good relationship with the insurance companies and was able to advocate for what was best for me as the client. She knew I was extremely busy, but she stayed on me and assisted me more than she had to, to get me across the finish line. I felt like I have known her forever! I was able to get a nice size policy to protect my family and assets for the future.

We are a new customer with NewtekOne. We worked with NewtekOne to get an SBA loan and we are very happy. NewtekOne offered a lot of expertise and was honest and fair with the expectations we had as a new customer. Alexandra Lamb was very professional and followed up when needed. She also went out of her way to make sure we received what we needed when working on closing documents for the loan. When asking for Insurance services, we were referred to Donna Andrews who did a tremendous job helping us get the insurance we needed to close on our loan. Thank you for everything and we hope our experiences with Newtek will continue the way we started.

When I called Lisa I had 3 important issues to handle. She handled each one for me with easy and showed me how to do some steps the next time myself. I very much appreciated her help and patience.

NewtekOne is a new broker of record for our company and Cindy Hunt has made that transition smooth and seamless. It is clear that she takes a high level of ownership in her work and genuinely prioritizes her clients’ interests. Her professionalism and attention to detail have exceeded our expectations, and we truly value the partnership we are building with her and Newtek One.
