They ask for front deposit of $600.. why??

Was left in the dark during a loan application for a national franchise. Could not get responses from contacts provided. I sent emails, texts, and left voicemails to no avail. I finally got a response once I CC’ed another person at the bank only for him to also go dark. Would have been 2.5m deal for them which was lost due to lack of communication. Had to go with another bank for the loan. Perhaps I am an anomaly, but based on my experience, I would not recommend them. Very unprofessional and extremely unresponsive. Edit: After leaving my review, I was reached out to by a manager who apologized for the previous person handling my file. He was able to pick up where we left off, and they have been super responsive.

I received great customer service when working with the representative; however, it took a long time for me to receive a response. I had to initiate the follow up to receive updates.
