I was working with Neville Namai at Newtek Bank to get an SBA loan. He has gone above and beyond to make sure that my loan came through in an extremely fast time frame. he was answering my phone calls and emails until late in the day and early in the morning. I was in contact with him multiple times a day for weeks. He not only took the time to make sure my needs were being met, but he did it in a very professional and patient manner. I cant not describe how crucial he was to the success of my loan. I also worked with LaTarvis Norman in this process. he is another individual who made me feel like i had people in my corner. He answered my questions promptly and always made my problems felt heard and was coming up with solutions for them

Brenda was great to work with. She understood what the issue we were having was and called me back the same day with a solution.
