My experience with Newtek has been quite nice and this is thanks to our payroll specialist Lisa Meservey. She's always been helpful and available whenever there are doubts or any situations. She's a 10/10

Newtek has been a part of Poder for a long time, but until recently, I have learned about what they have to offer. Lisa Meservey and Samantha Razcon are always incredibly helpful in answering questions and taking calls to explore how we can strengthen our partnership. The superstar of Newtek, though, Lisa Meservey, has been of the utmost help in all areas. As I transitioned into this new position last August and had a lot to learn, Lisa never failed to answer a question or return a call to help. There were numerous times when I had to make a quick edit or needed support in writing manual checks for staff with a quick turnaround, and Lisa did provide all of the support I needed efficiently. I hope Newtek knows how much of an asset and gem Lisa is to Newtek and to Poder in Action's community.

Customer service is great! I have always been able to connect with someone quickly when questions or problems have come up. Lisa is always willing to take a call and walk me through things.

Donna Andrews was an exceptional agent in preparing 2 life insurance policies, where one was needed at closing and the second policy seamlessly repplaced the first.

Tanya Cain supported my transition to Newtek from ADP with a premier service attitude that is sorely missing in most companies these days. She held my hand throughout the process, and her insights made the long-overdue switch VERY comfortable. Ms. Cain represents Newtek extremely well. I didn't even know there was a service that could help me inventory all my insurance policies and make sure I am well covered in the right policies and the right amounts. I feel like Gigi gave me a CLASS that I missed in school on how to be properly insured. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone. She was such a pleasure to work with.
