The company’s policy of raising annual fees (100% increase in just three years) has become untenable for a small business. Additionally, being nickeled and dimed for breach coverage and other charges is pushing us away from using these services. It was only because Alex Lozano was able to help us navigate the notifications, update our breach coverage opt-out, and push through refund requests that we are considering staying with NewTek. The app is easy to use and reliable, but we are bleeding out from the ever escalating charges. Today’s experience was good, but only partially restores our happiness with the company. Alex was a very courteous and helpful consultant who was well equipped to handle our concerns

Dean was great to work with and very knowledgeable. His customer service and his communication skills ensured that i never worried. Its been a learning process as with anything, and thats been the only thing that prevents a perfect rating. I feel comfortable coming back with any issues in the future
