Jamie, my payroll specialist, is amazing to work with. She’s always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and makes every request happen fast. Even when I have last-minute or unexpected issues, she’s positive, flexible, and reliable and makes the system easy to navigate. It has never been stressful. I really appreciate her communication and support.

David Rivero great customer service. Jamie is quick responds and resolve my concerns quickly. Tanya Cain always following up to making sure I am being help when I needed. Mark Van Deveen explaining everything clearly so I can learn. Joshue Deltoro is professional and responds very fast to make sure I am resolving what I need. Great team.

Shannon is my go to girl! She’s always on top of everything and always very helpful in helping me figure out “a way” to do things, I know I am a bit much sometimes with my requests, lol

Lisa M is the best! I love being able to reach out to the same person for payroll questions and always speaking with the same person. Newtek is easy to use and supportive. I highly recommend them for payroll management.

I received great customer service when working with the representative; however, it took a long time for me to receive a response. I had to initiate the follow up to receive updates.

Lisa is so helpful. She makes everything super easy for me and is always willing to help if I need it.

Tanya Cain and Mark VanDeVeen have been a great group to introduce me to the new world of payroll and running my own business. They have been patient and explained everything thoroughly, meeting with me on several occasions to make sure I understand the process completely.

Newtek and Lisa Meservey always respond promptly to our requests. They are also proactive addressing issues. Thank you.
