Your representatives are ALWAYS so helpful! Katie was great; friendly and knowledgeable. I have always been pleased with the services I have had with your institution. Keep it up and I will be with you a long time!

Great Interest Rates and Great Friendly Customer Service!

I strongly recommend NewtekBank for anyone looking to place their cash in a high yield savings account. Their rates are extremely competitive and transfers in and out of the account could not be easier. Their personnel are very helpful, knowledgeable and respond quickly to any questions both over the phone or online. My most recent interactions have been with Katie who has been extremely prompt, friendly and helpful. Thanks Katie!

Making an experience great in today's world can be challenging. When I became a Newtekbank customer, I was not sure how to navigate the steps for several things—that is, until I spoke with Marcia Luke (Marcie). Today, it is difficult to find a representative who is as professional and knowledgeable as Marcia Luke. Newtek is fortunate to have a representative who knows the importance of making the customer feel important. My sincere thanks to Marcie and Newtek.

It was a pleasure to see the bank representative, Tanya, as I'm working with her on the chat platform. Nice to make that human connection while moving money around. Great customer service.

The whole experience is smooth, quick, and satisfying.
