I needed a speedy wire transfer and Michael was on top of it! Only wish the bank had more functionality conveniences. For example, I could not wire directly to the company I needed to but instead have to wire from my Newtek account to my other checking account on file and then I will have to wire from there to the company I need to wire to. Just little things like that
