This company is terrible!!! Do NOT use them!!! Total waste of time and money! I placed an order almost a month ago. They took my money and then ghosted me. I emailed FOUR times and NEVER received a response. A company that takes your money, doesn’t deliver on their product and has zero customer service is NOT a company to do business with. Stay far away from NewSmile!!!!!

Je suis très impressionnée par la qualité des coquilles! Franchement mieux que ce que j'avais reçu chez mon ancienne dentiste. Le plastique est plus épais et ne remonte pas sur mes gensives. Si je n'avais pas besoin de me faire limer les dents, j'aurais pris plus qu'un remplacement pour mes coquilles de nuit. Les instructions étaient claires et disponibles en français dans les pamphlets.
