Avoid at all costs I ignored the reviews big mistake!! At first communication was amazing however issues soon appeared! Demanding new molds at an extra cost I’d already sent mine off that took 3 weeks to do! Then expecting me to travel almost 4 hours to see an orthodontist! Impossible for me having 3 children 2 with additional needs. This was also an extra cost of £130. I’ve sent 3 emails, 3 WhatsApps, contacted them on Facebook no reply! I’m now £400 down so far and can’t cancel my direct debit with them as it’s through a payment system! Big big mistake! Pay the extra and go elsewhere actually robbers taking money for noting ! I’ve explained I can’t travel 4 hours with disabled children, I’ve told them I’m not happy pay for a new impression kit £70 and not happy to pay another £130 to see a orthodontist when I was never told this at the start! My friend went with them the same time I did conventionally has also been told her molds are to small and she needs to do more

Angel is very good! She doesn’t make you feel self conscious. She gives positive feedback and makes you feel like everything is going exactly like it is supposed to. She is very personable and reassuring

NewSmile worked very well for me. I thought the fee was reasonable, the process was quick and easy to begin with and each step of the process was simple. The customer service representatives are very polite and keep in touch regularly. They are caring and concerned and will answer any questions you have. I would recommend them as a reasonably priced, efficient and caring company to work with.

So far so good! Angel has been extremely helpful guiding through the process with my impression kit, returning the impressions, and photos. Very friendly and personable. I look forward to my aligners coming in and beginning !
