SCAM!!!! Please, try a DIFFERENT company, NOT this one. Do your due diligence and read the other reviews that are trying to warn you about this company. This is too much money to lose and you won't get any of it back. I spent the money on the kit and never got a product from them. NEVER. They kept making excuses about the molds and wanted me to send them more and more money. When I asked for a refund they refused. I even complained to the BBB. This company cannot be trusted. I would not be surprised if some or many of the "positive" reviews were actually fake. BEWARE.

Ivy was my video consultant assisting me with making my molds of my teeth. She was very professional and knowledgeable in the process. But what really stood out was her friendliness and patience! She was delightful to deal with! Ivy is a star!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I used these as alternatives to traditional Invisalign due to the cost however quality goes a long way! During my treatment I noticed the trays were causing gaps that I didn't have before. When I tried to address this they told me to wait until the cycle was finished which I did and the gap was still there. They then didn't provide any alternative remediation or compensation for the differing results and the misleading advice. I then had to purchase retainers which upon arrival, I noted they do not fit my teeth at all. I have sent pictures and chased them through email and WhatsApp and I haven't received a response in over 1 month! For such a remote company, communication should be priority yet I feel as though I am being ignored due to my bad experience. When it comes to something as important as teeth/your smile, I would not recommend remote dentistry like this... go to your dentist and ensure regular check ups so that the progress Is well-monitored. NewSmile have not looked out for the best interest of my teeth at all and they are continuing to ignore my requests !
