New Smile helped me get rid of a gap in my front teeth, and straighten my teeth better. There are now gaps further back on each side, but they aren't as noticeable. I wish they weren't there, but New Smile said it isn't always attainable. They state they'll make at least an 85% improvement, and they said they had in my case. I ordered retainers. It was $119 for the first one and $99 every 6 months after that. It stated that you could stop or skip at anytime. I recently asked to skip receiving a retainer this time. Elizabeth quickly took care of that for me. This is an affordable way to get a nice smile.

Celine was kind and very helpful. I was able to understand where I had errored, and Celine sent follow-up emails. My experience with NewSmile has been very positive.

The ordering process was smooth and there aren't any hidden gimmicks. The impressions were a tad hard to get right, but being able to practice before hand helped. Gabe was the person helping me with getting my impressions correct and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. 10/10

The team at newsmile are very understanding and helpful of what I need. Joanna was particularly helpful. The only real problem I have is that the impression kit itself is rather hard to use.

Excellent customer service!

I received my impression kit rather quickly, and since I already had aligners before I was able to make these new ones fairly easily. A little disappointed they were lost and I will have to wait for a new impression kit and probably won't receive my aligners in time to work before my Goddaughters wedding in September 2025. I would like to thank Joanna for reaching out and for her kind words!

Joanna was very helpful and made sure to repeat all information more than once. She also asked if I had other questions, which I did, and then answered it very well, too.

I’ve been trying to make successful impressions for several months and kept missing the mark. I had a good fortune of being connected with Gabe, one of your impression specialist. He patiently walked me through the process, suggested different trays and sent me several sets of putty until I got it right. I finally submitted my impressions and I’m looking forward to my New Smile.
