I wouldn't use this service again, the only reason I used it was I was in a hurry and didn't notice it was not my state website. This service charges twice what your state does for the same service. Once I completed the transaction and noticed it was not my state website I didn't see a location to contact anyone to cancel the transaction until contacted the next day. So in short don't use this site go to your state site and save your money. I will say they do have courtesy which is something hard to find.

Great customer service I might not remember to update this when I actually have the license, but Chris was incredibly helpful when it came to figuring out the correct way to file. Thank you so much, you made a potential bureaucratic nightmare a straightforward process I felt confident about.

Based on prior reviews, Skyi Hubbard is quite consistent in offering Gold Standard customer service. She helped solve the mystery I encountered regarding assumed names and nonprofit names, explaining how they are related but different when an organization is doing business as (dba) another name. Skyi filed the renewal for our assumed name that had expired six years ago. I had no idea, as I had became the new leader of the organization two years after the expiration. She allayed my fears of the worst-case scenario, and now all is well--at least with that situation LOL. THANKS SKYI- YOU ROCK.
