We ordered swatches which was great to actually see woven product, placing the order and tailoring it to our needs was nice and easy, loved the discount being offered and the quality. Our shades look great now that they are installed.

The Belgian linen Roman shades do not disappoint. I am impressed by the simplicity of their operation. A simple lift and up or down they go. Very pleasant surprise. Highly recommend.

We had an issue with some Brackets and one of our panels. Customer service was amazing and took care of it immediately. Replaced items and we are so happy with the quality of fabric, ease of installment , we ordered more for our daughter’s room. Will definitely continue to order from his company. Extremely satisfied with everything.

My blinds were damaged. They suggested I fix MYSELF with a pin. Do NOT biy from this company. I am dispute with my CC Company because I sent them back and they are refusing to issue a refund. Nightmare. Stay away.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify the situation, as we believe there may be some misunderstanding. We have not refused to issue a refund. However, you filed a dispute with your credit card company, which has placed the funds on hold with the bank. Until you cancel the dispute, we are unable to process the refund through the original payment method. We are a reputable company, and we have assured you that once the dispute is withdrawn, we will process the refund as previously agreed. We kindly ask you to cancel the dispute so we can issue your refund promptly. We remain committed to resolving this fairly.
