I am adjusting my review due to really great customer service. I had an issue with one of the screws that affected the stability of the shade. They reached out by email and sent a replacement and informational video at no cost, which fixed the problem. They are very nice shades, especially for the cost.

Great curtains beautiful and well made

The shades are beautiful. The problem is they are not straight when you pull them up or down the right side on all of the blinds hangs longer the left side. Not sure how to adjust the strings. I'm sure it can be done. Do you have any information on how to do it I was sent a video after this survey was posted and it helped tremendously. They are now straight and adjusted and beautiful love them. What highly recommend them to anyone what a difference to see beautiful trees and landscaping, but not houses and roads thank you so much.
