SO bad !!! The watch arrived and the second hand is stuck on one of the hour markers, and so is the minute hand ( stuck between two hour markers ). Update: while the watch did not work the customer service was very fast. I was working with someone in customer service and they were quick to respond to my complaints. After I sent her a short video of the issue mentioned above, she issued a full refund. I originally gave this company and experience a 1 star review due to the watch I was excited to receive but did not work. However, after getting my refund and working with their customer service rep to solve the problem quick I will update to 3 stars. 1 star for the watch itself 5 stars for the customer service Equals updated to 3 star Thank you to the customer service rep (that can’t be named), resolving the issue quickly.

I am very happy with the watch. It is worth every dollar. My only reason for not giving the company a 5 was due to the shipping/ tracking was lacking. On the other hand I did email them and they did respond the next day. Which happened to be the day the watch was delivered. By the way the tracking on the website still says out for delivery.
