I don't think they ever had what I ordered in stock. I saw the item there for 36$ for a while, which was ridiculous. Then they listed the same item again for $8.95. So they literally were offering the same product at two different prices. I chose to order some at the lower price, and weeks went by. I contacted customer support a few times and they couldn't get answers from the warehouse. I finally cancelled my order. They refunded me immediately, which was nice. Then the item was removed from the website. Wouldn't you think they could have a computer system that would tell them what was in stock? I think someone over there is playing games and I don't think they ever had the item to bevin with.

I ordered a single AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D CPU from Neobits. They processed my payment and charged my account over $500. After taking my money, they sent an email claiming they cannot ship the item unless I purchase a minimum of TWELVE (12) units.This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic. They are holding my $500 hostage while trying to force a bulk purchase I never agreed to. When I requested a refund, they were unhelpful. I have already contacted my bank (Cadence Bank) to file a formal merchant dispute and have reported this transaction to the FTC for retail fraud.Avoid this site at all costs. They will take your money and then change the terms of the sale after the fact.

Live chat features are often unavailable, and emails or phone calls frequently go unanswered or receive automated responses. 3-Returns & Refunds: Getting a refund can be difficult. Users have reported being charged restocking fees or being required to pay out-of-pocket for return shipping on items that were sent to them incorrectly. Just stay away from Neobits till they behave normally and treat customers fairly as many as businesses in the market..

Very poor to nonexistent customer service. My first order took so long to ship that I thought it must be out of stock, so their CSR told me to send an email to cancel it. Then it got shipped. they never told me it was shipped, only Fedex gave me that info. Now I ordered agin because this is the only place I can find this product. It's been over a week and it has not shipped. I have asked about it twice with no answer. These people seem extremely disorganized.

I placed an order for items listed as in stock. The order converted to backorder and did not ship. They gave me a new shipping date two weeks out, then pushed it again to another month later. I tried calling to inquire about the order but could not reach a live agent. I emailed their RMA group, and after several exchanges over two days they agreed to refund the money. Three weeks went by with no refund. I emailed again and demanded it, at which point they promptly replied that the refund had been issued and the order cancelled. Later that day the refund showed up in my bank account.

Placed an order. No follow up with delivery estimated. Called and was told they had an error on their website and price is higher. Told I could reorder at the higher price if I wanted to. Will not recommend. They lost my business to Amazon.

I purchased a part for $240, and then a week later they email me saying they increased the price and expect me to pay the difference.
