I made a purchase and ordered $79 dollar 2 day shipping. The company failed to inform me that the item was on backorder. I would not have even made an order with them had I known this. Trying to cancel for a week now. Zero response... wasted close to $2k. Never will do business with this company again. And will be posting a warning to all on every site I can find. To improve they might keep backorder statuses more up to date on the site or at least send an email before the customer is charged asking if they wish to continue with the order. As for expensive shipping on backorder items, that shouldn't even be an option. I'd be willing to change the review but that would require communication on the other end.

Bait and switch. They posted a 10tb WD surveillance DVR hard drive on their website at a good price so I bought it. After charging my credit card, they sent me an email telling me that one is not available, but offered me another, exact same brand, exact same size, basically identical one, but wanted another $200 more for it. I declined, they say the order has been cancelled, Im wating for my card to be credited back.

The "In Stock" indicator on the website doesn't mean that an item is actually in stock. You have to email and ask.

I ordered two Tiger Jaw Cedar Loppers and replacement blades. I got a fire hose and a cover for it. Called "customer service" only to be told I had to fill out a case report and handle the return. I had to remind her that my biggest issue was not returning their mistake but getting the items I need and have paid for. So what does the Customer Service Department do?

Ordered parts then claimed coustomer canceled which i did not complete fraud company parts were in-stock but canceled now trying to say discontinued

ordered an Enphase IQ Combiner (Order NW750497) from Neobits and my credit card was charged. After the order was accepted, I was told the item was out of stock and offered a replacement that required approximately $700 more. I requested that my original order be fulfilled at the price I was charged, but instead my order was canceled. I am now waiting for resolution/refund. Very disappointing customer service experience.

I am glad I checked out Trust Pilot first. I found their site because they have decent prices. I was a little concerned about "after-purchase" service (and now I'm concerned about "purchase-purchase)! I'm going to focus my comments on my two interactions with "Sales" as opposed to "Service." I now know my gut was right. Neobits is just another wholly unncessary Drop-Ship site. No skin in the game. They just send a message to the manufacturer of whatever you order from them to send it. The minuscule number of people who work their know nothing besides what you and I can read on site. Also, when you realize they are drop ship you realize they are keeping so much money from the manufacturer because they have no overhead. So their prices actually are not good at all. Neobits is all rather phony and focused on marketing and tracking customers. They do not have the manufacturers spec sheets uploaded along with photos of lighting fixtures. That is epically lazy. Particularly today with the variety of light sources and especially for medical equipment, which is what I was looking for on Neobits. There is a chat which is clearly AI but presents itself lol as a real person (even my 14 year old doesn't type that fast!). It suggested I "contact the manufacturer for the spec sheets!" Their chat help will not even let you begin a conversation until you enter an email. )I did. It was joe.dumb and it was accepted.) Bad AI. So I called and there is one person who answers the phone there (under the "Press 1 for Sales") with a timid "hello." She seemed reticent to tell me her first name. But I said "I like to know the first names of people I am spending $1,650 with." No laughs. Then she basically confirmed it was Drop Ship by telling me that she has "no way of getting in touch with those who could answer my questions: and then gave me some Byzantine instructions to fill out a form on the site—"because they would see it." "They?" Sounds ominous. Anyway, you cannot submit the form until you sign up for an account! Caveat Emptor!

We purchased an Axis bluetooth reader from Neobits after reading on the site that the item was a functional entry system. Our electrician let us know that it needed more components. Neobits refused to send the needed components and refused to refund our money because it took us more than the 30 day refund window. Getting connected with a human from Neobits took us 28 days of emails, messages and chats. We also learned from the Axis Company that Neobits is not even an authorized Axis dealer. Manager Chris told me on the phone "You should have done more research before buying from us." He was correct. We should have never bought from them.
