The worst experience EVER. "We don't just work with anyone- you have to be a good fit for us." 3.5 months later, I have wasted at least 30+ hours of my time on zoom calls, emails, correspondence as they never bothered to verify my google search console domains. To further top that off, they sent me a demand letter- for the total annual contract of $50K despite that they have not delivered even an accurate initial site audit from month one. They should not be allowed to be offer services to any client. PERIOD. I paid $7,500 for an "initial site audit" without any google search console domain verification. It was a basic MOZ report- at best. Could have been a $200 audit ran by any SEO company. I've had 3 outside SEO experts review their documents and all concluded this is fradulent and manipulation of small business owners. Don't be in my situation- stay away. you've been warned. I will be pursuing this to the full legal extent possible to make sure this doesn't happen to any other individual trusting a fradulent company to grow their business.
