Great overall experience
Order came quickly. Assembly was straight forward and directions were clear and easy to follow. Good quality. (This is my second Maxnomic chair, the first one lasted over 10 years)

LEVER BROKEN?! NEED A FIX? THIS WORKED PERFECTLY
So quick back story, I've had my Maxonomic chair for a little over 10 years and its in great condition (just the leather is a little faded).. only thing was the lever adjusting height was messed up.. I bought a new cylinder and EASILY replaced it. I SAVED so much money because I was super close to calling it quits. THANK YOU!

I have not received my package yet.
Great product . My first chair lasted 10 years. I only replaced it because the arm rests started to fall apart. My package did have a shipping error but it was resolved fast and professionally.

I ordered a cylinder for my chair. I placed the order for the wrong one. My fault. Called in and they were more than helpful. They sent me the one I needed. Great customer service.

The absolute best customer service I…
The absolute best customer service I have EVER experienced! Answered immediately. Fixed a mistake that I made for my custom gamer tag. I have no complaints. & the chair itself is beyond my expectations. So comfortable I may just take it from my husband! It was super easy to put together. They even have an instructional Youtube video if you aren’t someone who likes to just read the instructions (with pictures). I ordered on a Monday & received the chair on that Thursday. Very very good quality! Highly recommend!
