They sent me a terrible, clearly used product. I ordered a lumbar support with an adapter. They sent me a lumbar support with no tension, clearly faulty and already used. They also put it, already assembled, with no packing material, in a box barely big enough to contain it. Would have definitely gotten out of the box if any pressure had been applied to it during shipping.

Sent me rubbish, scam. The replacement seat mesh for the Aeron has absolutely nothing to do with what is advertised. It's a cheap knock off with 0 tension, sagging without any weight applied to it and with sharp plastic edges (cut myself when picking off the box).

Customer support was really quick to address my international shipping concerns and helped me with securing a good rate. The chair itself is really good considering the price. Shipping to Canada took a bit of time but no complaints.

Bought the steelcase leap v2 from officelogix 5 months ago. This is the best addition to my chair. Best solution to support head and neck during long working duration.

The product is cheaply made and has quality issues. I tried to contact the customer support, but they are slow and not helpful at all. I do not recommend buying this this seller at all!!!! Avoid at all cost.
